Document Holders

Our Document Holders are available in two widths (14" and 18") and in two configurations (standalone or with a stackable monitor base).

Use a standalone model if you prefer the document holder to either side of your computer monitor and keyboard, or when using a keyboard tray below the desktop level and the monitor height is not an issue.

The models with the stackable monitor base allow you to place the document holder directly in front of your computer monitor and then raise the height of the monitor above the top of the document holder by adding additional monitor risers in either 1" or 2" increments. These document holders come with a 1" monitor base.

The document holders illustrated below show the bottom edge of the holder extending below the edge of the desk as is often the case when using a keyboard tray below the desktop surface. However, all the document holders models are designed to be used on the desktop surface as well, and are fully adjustable horizontally, vertically, front-to-back and in tilt.

Also included with each document holder is book page holder (shown in pictures below) and a clear attachable horizontal guide rule (not shown) to hold your papers in place or to mark your current work location on a page.
