Mini Keyboards

Often referred to as miniature keyboards, small keyboards, compact keyboards or slim keyboards, the term "mini keyboard" describes a broad range of keyboards.

Some mini keyboards are actually miniature in all respects... reduced dimensions, smaller key sizes and lower profile. Others fall more into what we refer to as a "compact" keyboard. The individual features of the keyboard are standard in dimension but the footprint of the keyboard is reduced by eliminating certain features such as the 10-Key keypad normally found on full-sized keyboards, or by reducing the overall length of certain keys such as the space bar, the shift keys and the control keys.

In short, the terminology used to describe today's mini keyboards varies widely. By careful examination of the features and specifications of the keyboard you are looking to purchase, you're sure to find the perfect mini keyboard for you application.
