Lone Star Keyboards Store Policy 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Lone Star Keyboards will provide a full refund of the purchase price for all goods returned to Lone Star Keyboards within 30 days of purchase, where the goods (product, contents and packaging) are in their original purchase condition. Neither the cost of freight from Lone Star Keyboards to the customer nor the cost of returning the product to Lone Star Keyboards will be covered by the money back guarantee. Guaranteed Same-Day Shipping We do make every effort to ship in-stock orders received after 3:00pm on the same day. This depends solely upon the UPS pickup schedule at our warehouse. UPS trucks generally arrive between 4 and 5pm. Otherwise, in-stock orders will ship via the requested UPS shipping method on the next business day.

Most products we sell are eligible for a full refund (less shipping charages) within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, some products, as indicated on the product's web page, may have either no return privileges or limited return priviledges that are subject to a restocking charge. Please refer to the product's web page on our website or email us at CustomerService@LoneStarKeyboards.com for details.
To the credit of our customers, over 99% of the RMA's we issue receive the full amount of the eligible refund (less shipping charges) for their product returns. However, for the other less than 1% of the returns we receive, adequate attention has not been given to the care and condition of the products and product packaging that are being returned. When we receive returned products and product packaging that are in less than new condition, we will utilize the chart below to determine any restocking fees that may apply to the return.
Returning Your Product Unless instructed otherwise in the Return Authorization (RMA) you receive, all returns must be shipped prepaid to: Lone Star Keyboards, Attn: Returns Department, 3900 Cockrill Dr., McKinney, TX 75070. Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label or outside of the shipping carton.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all products being shipped for return, exchange, repair or replacement. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to Customer at Lone Star Keyboards expense, using the shipping method selected by Lone Star Keyboards or by the product manufacturer.
Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
All returned products must be properly packed in a suitable shipping carton. Using the product packaging as a shipping carton will result in no refund being issued for your return. Such products will be returned, if requested by customer within 30 days of our receipt, to customer at customer's expense.
Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange, repair or replacement. Please fully insure your return shipment to cover you in the event of loss or damage. Always use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express. This is for your protection as Lone Star Keyboards is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fees Products eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange will be credited based on their condition upon receipt of your return. Beyond the product's eligible refund amount, a restocking fee will be applied against the original purchase price of product if it is returned in a less than new condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Payment Refund Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used by the buyer; i.e., credit card purchases will refunded against the original credit card used to make the purchase, payments by check will be refunded by check, etc. Eligible refunds for returned products will be issued within 10 days of our receipt of your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your purchase was made through Amazon.com, please allow additional time for credit card refunds. Amazon.com processes all credit card purchases and refund transactions for items purchased on the Amazon.com website. We do not receive or have access to customer's credit card information for Amazon.com purchases.
Products Damaged or Lost In Transit Shipments from Lone Star Keyboards. Lone Star Keyboards insures all shipments made to our customers. In the event you receive a product in damaged condition, you must do the following: - Keep the original shipping carton with shipping label, all packaging materials, and damaged merchandise together for later inspection by the delivering carrier.

Lone Star Keyboards will arrange to have the damaged products and packaging picked up by the delivering carrier and a replacement product to be sent to customer. Returns to Lone Star Keyboards.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and damages to products while in transit to one of Lone Star Keyboards return locations. In the event a product you return to us has been lost or damaged during shipment, you must contact the carrier you used to make a claim for such loss or damages. It is important that you insure your return shipments for the full value of the products. Lone Star Keyboards is not responsible for such losses or damages, and will not replace or reimburse customer for such.

Warranties Customer understands that Seller is not the manufacturer of the Products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Seller or its Affiliates. In purchasing the Products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications, photographs or other illustrations representing the Products that may be provided by Seller or its Affiliates. SELLER AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF NONINFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY RELATING TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES. THE DISCLAIMER CONTAINED IN THIS PARAGRAPH DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Customer expressly waives any claim that it may have against Seller or its Affiliates based on any product liability or infringement or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property rights (each a “Claim”) with respect to any Product and also waives any right to indemnification from Seller or its Affiliates against any such Claim made against Customer by a third party. Customer acknowledges that no employee of Seller or its Affiliates is authorized to make any representation or warranty on behalf of Seller or any of its Affiliates.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms and Conditions posted on the Site at the time Customer places an order will govern the order in question, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller and Customer.
